LEADERSHIP Mike Hess, Principal                       Mike Hess, PE, LEED® AP Principal Mike is a mechanical engineer whose focus is on green and sustainable strategies and he believes that environmentally friendly buildings must become standard practice. To help make this a reality, he serves on the Board of Directors for the US Green Building Council (USGBC) at the national level. He is also a representative for the Florida & Caribbean Regional USGBC and Past President of the USGBC Central Florida Chapter.
	X-nth Earth provides support to clients to help them make green and sustainable design a standard practice. This includes LEED® administration, energy modeling, daylighting models, water efficiency analysis and commissioning. Our dedication to the environment includes representation on the national and local USGBC boards.
